The General Management is in charge of all actions necessary to
the daily functioning of the company and of implementing the general
policies established by the Board of Directors.
The General Manager is the Chief Executive Officer.
- As such he reports to the BOD regarding the implementation
of the Company policies.
- He is the legal representative of the Company.
- He periodically informs the BOD on the general situation of
the Company and its evolution.
- He oversees the preparation of tenders and other business
proposals.
- He approves all contract drafts and business plans.
- He decides over the use of the operative capacities of the
Company.
- He oversees the Human Resources policies.
- He decides over the Company policies regarding Quality Management.
- He decides over the designation of the Division Heads (Area
Managers) and of other executive officers in charge of critical
areas of the Company.
- He designates Project Leaders upon proposals by the Division
Managers.
Since 1991, the General Manager and CEO of the Company is Lic.
Héctor Otheguy.
Since 2000 the Deputy General Manager of the Company is Lic. Hugo
Albani.
